I ended up in a ditch by exit 151 off I 75 0n 12/27/21 I called this company to pull me out!! I had just within the last 10 days spent over $600 to replace all the front end parts on my 2007 Buick Rainier. They did not properly attach the tow truck to my SUV and this caused them to break the brand new tie rod on the right front tire!! I along with another witness who stopped to help me heard the metal snap as he started to pull it out of the ditch. I went into the ditch backward I was only traveling about 40 mph the air bag did not deploy and the only other damage was a small dent in back rear bumper. I was able to move the wheel while waiting 45 mins for tow truck then after he got me out it was broke so that proves they broke it and it didn't occur during the accident. Both the 2nd tow company and the repair garage said there was obvious evidence they were negligent and caused the damage. I even have the broken part showing the scratch where the hook was attached (perfect scratch on black paint in shape of hook) which cause the stress fracture. When the company was confronted as well as a receipt was faxed to them from ************************** which clearly stated the damaged occurred by their actions they have refused to reimburse me the $214.70 for the new tie rod/ front end alignment which I had to re pay for due to their actions.
