On 4/26/23 I prepaid $846.60 for one pair of prescription eyeglasses with progressive lenses. First pair arrived incorrect - wrong lens shape I asked for a full refund but Office Manager ***************************** offered to order another pair, promising me that she was experienced with this brand and she would get it corrected. I agreed to the second pair on the condition that if "anything" was wrong, that I would get a "full refund, without any trouble." *** agreed to these terms and we went ahead with the second pair.Second pair arrived incorrect - wrong shape AND progressive "zones" do not line up with my vision.I refused the second pair - like the first pair, I did not take them out of the store with me; I left them with the merchant.Now, Heinsight Eyecare insists on charging me a "restocking fee." Their error is not my fault and I would like a FULL REFUND with no restocking fee charged to me.Business response

In response to the complaint received from *************************, this matter has been resolved. With no further action from **************, a refund check was issued on June 8th for the full amount minus the $40 that he paid for a Silhouette part on his current pair. The check has been received by the patient and has been processed.Customer response
