      I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the handling of my daughter's claim by Sedgwick. It has been a time-consuming and terrible experience from the very beginning. I was assigned an adjuster named ***********************, who has been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this entire process. I have even provide him my daughters medical records from BIRTH!Despite my efforts to communicate with ******************, I have received minimal responses, if any at all. It is disheartening to constantly have to harass him to do his job and make progress on my claim. I understand that these processes take time, but it has now been four going on five months since the accident occurred in August. We are now in December, and there has been no significant progress made on my claim.I am unsure if this delay is a deliberate tactic to drag out the process, but I am growing increasingly frustrated and tired of waiting. I am willing to take further action, including seeking legal representation and contacting news stations, to ensure that my claim is settled properly. I am aware that insurance companies have legal obligations to adhere to specific time frames for claim resolution, and it is clear that these obligations have not been met in my case.In my attempts to escalate the matter, I have reached out to supervisors, but unfortunately, no one has returned my calls. This lack of response and accountability only adds to my frustration and reinforces the need for immediate action. I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but my patience has worn thin. I expect a prompt response and a commitment to resolving this matter in a timely and satisfactory manner.THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

      Sedgwick claims adjuster has been told that my attorney has submitted incorrect paperwork and my file needs to be updated. ****** told me she would not correct the problem.

      I have an open claim for water damage in my storage unit. I have written and called multiple times over the past 5 months and finally receive a mail correspondence saying my case was being put to inactive. When I look at my claim I continue to see that I am emailing and calling and that they will get back to me but no one ever does. Not once have I reached a live person through on the phone number given even after spending 2 hours on hold, it then disconnected. They looked at the fungus claim but have done nothing with the water damage claim, even with all of the photographs and completed cost /inventory sheets. There is no police report because the once I moved my stuff out of storage by my moving company I could not get back inside, yet I have warped cardboard boxes showing the water damage. I need help getting the company to contact me so this case can be closed.

      ******* claim #4A21098795C-0002 Sedgwick claims representative ********************* initially contacted my 09/07/21 regarding a auto claim. On 09/22/21 I submitted the requested pictures and estimates of damages to our vehicle. 09/23/21 I received an email asking which body shop I preferred to work with. I responded on 09/28/21 with a question. 10/7/21 I received another response stating he needs to know which body I preferred. I responded same day. Every week an email and voice mail was sent asking for an update. No response. In November an email and voice mail was sent to a coworker. No response. On 12/3/21 I contacted the insurance company, *********************** whom was very helpfull and stated she would contact a manager at ******* to get this claim since 08/2021 escalated. Finally ********************* responded to me 12/6/21 stating he never received the pictures sent with the estimates back on 09/22/21. I sent the pictures again and asked for cofirmation/update on claim. No response. I have sent 2 additional emails since 12/6/21 and no response. I have contacted the insurance company again for assistance. This amount of time for the claim is not acceptable especially without contact or update. Very poor representation from the claims representative and Sedgwick.Email chain can be provided upon request.
