Hired Great Lakes Services ************ ******** to install vinyl fence July 20 2023. On that date he stated installation would take place end of August beginning of September 2023. Never received notification of when they were coming, so October 8th I started calling and finally received a call back couple weeks later stating they would be there in a week or 2. I also stated from the beginning that we would be going away for the winter the first of December, he responded by saying we were next on the list. Over the next 2 months couldnt get an answer when they were coming to install the fence. I finally asked for a refund first of December because we were getting ready to leave for the winter and **** response (owner) was not his problem we were leaving. Today February 28 2024 we finally received a refund less $1200.00 for restocking fee.Initial Complaint

I paid $4,659.34 as a deposit for a new fence. The owner agreed, through my lawyer, to return my deposit on October 4th, 2022, but failed to do so and has been completely unresponsive to attempts to contact him, both now and in the past. My complaint involves breach of contract, misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment claims.
