Let me start by saying I loved this ********** until yesterday. I took my children recently to see Black Panther 2 at your ***************** ** location. The large popcorn we ordered was stale. I attempted to speak with a gentleman who advised he was in charge that night about it. I told him how often I come To the theater and was promised on my next visit I could get a large popcorn on them. Fast forward to my most recent visit. The staff was very rude and gave me the complete run around about the popcorn. I didnt want to continue arguing about it so I just requested a refund for my tickets and left. I called about this issue yesterday and spoke with a general manager by the name of ******* who advised me her staff is trained to argue with customers because they dont give popcorn out for free all willing nilly. She apologized for the popcorn being stale but said she is not apologizing for the staff being rude because that is how they were trained. I asked for her district managers phone number or I could File a BBB complaint and she advised she can give me the customer service number but it would be pointless to contact them because it will be emailed to her and she already spoke with me and advised she wasnt doing anything. So I advised I would file this complaint and she said thats fine. I want to speak with a District manager or the corporate office. This is completely unprofessional and I never thought a business would condone violence.
