We came in on Sat Jan 28th to get our two daughters hair braided. We were told she knows how to braid and under apprenticeship. We were charged 200 for both children and on the way home the beads were failing out, we got home and noticed she used no products in their hair and very frizzy as if it was done a month ago without taking care of it. I noticed the parts were not straight and she knotted their hair to keep the beads on that we had to cut because of her lack of knowledge. It is against our religion to cut our hair and will had to to get the knots out she tied in the end instead of rubber bands. They offered to redo the hair, I refused because after what she did I will not trust to touch their hair again. We would like a full refund and you to step in so this does not happen again to any other person. They have blocked any way of contact when I told them what they have done and refused to make this right. The pictures are if my girls and her work at the shop compared to what we asked for, and was told she could do these. This is ****** we paid her. We paid though cashapp and I'm the memo I put for the hair braiding sent to the owner *****, her husband. They that's to call the police when I very rightfully so confronted them on their results and the point I had to cut their hair to get the braids unknotted. **** has also been contacted.
