December, 2021 Eller Services installed free standing ************************** Did not work. Eller said they ordered another heater; installed January, 2022. Remotes nor blower works. Has to be operated manually. Multiple attempts by ES did not correct malfunction/defective heater. Asked ES to pick up heater, returning $1200,00 paid for product. ES refused to return money$1200.00. I asked charge card company to return $1200.00 to my account. Ive asked ES, repeatedly, to pick up product. Refused. Monday, March 7, 2022 received notice that ES is filing in small claim count, putting lien on my home. Again, repeatedly I've ask ES to arrange to pick up their defective product. Help in resolution of this matter is appreciated.Customer response
