I had and eye appointment at Pearle Vision April 20th where I purchased a pair of prescription lenses. I was told the glasses would be in within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, it took a month to receive them and when they came in I returned them to have blue light filtering removed. I was told that this was an easy thing to do and would take about 1-2 weeks, but now a month later Im still left without my glasses which are completely paid for. Ive been calling for 2-3 weeks and each time Ive called, Ive been told they will be in on a date thats the following week this has happened since June 7th, and here we are three weeks later Ive been told again theyll be in the following week. I no longer trust what theyre telling me. Ive been waiting 2 months for something I have not only purchased, but actually need. These arent for fashion, these are actual prescription glasses that I cant go without. So Ive been left wearing an old prescription with no answer for a resolution besides continuing to wait.
