Transaction date was July 19th 2024. Paid over $13,000 for a2014 **** fusion SE hybrid, I couldn't drive down to the dealership it was over 4 hrs a way. I was actually looking at a different car but he said he couldn't sell me that one because he couldn't finance anything under $10,000 dollars. He sent me the sight that had **** fusion with pictures of the car and ****** said everything worked and the damage to the car was minor. So we had the finance go through and signed all the paperwork. Had it delivered to my address. I looked it over and told the guy I didn't like it but he didn't know nothing about it and was in a hurry to leave. Soon as he left I looked into the car the seats were torn the cloth on the ceiling was held up with tacks put sun visor down and it fell in my lap, tried to start it and the battery was dead. After I got it started found out the radio didn't work air conditioning wasn't working battery they put in had dead cells when you park it and shut it off you have to unhook battery before you can start it again, the horn didn't even work. There was more damage on the car then what he said there was. Took it to **** service department here in ****** said the warranty they sold me only pays for 1 hr of dianostic work and it's going to take over 7 hrs of dianostic work to get everything working and the warranty doesn't cover the radio or batteries so yes it's going to be an expensive lawn ornament so I don't know what to do now because I cannot afford to get it back from **** service department what I do?

On October 27, 2023, we purchased a 2014 F-150 from Dream Auto Group. The sales team was initially phenomenal. They answered all my questions (I thought truthfully) and were extremely responsive. However, after agreeing on the price and completing the documents, the financing and warranty suddenly changed. APR was double that what we were told we would qualify for due to it being purchased out of state. The warranty we originally agreed to was switched to one that the bank financing us provided citing it was was way better."After the truck was delivered to ***** on November 2nd, it was obvious the vehicle was not as the dealership described. It had a dashboard full of warning indicators and an emergency brake that was broken. We had to transfer the vehicle to a local **** dealership. While they were evaluating the vehicle, we made 10+ attempts to contact the dealership over 4 days. The team that was contacting me 40+ times a day had zero time for us. The exact words of our local **** service writer were, I cannot believe they sold you this truck. We received a quote for $5,700 and were told the warranty company would only cover about 65% of it. Further attempts to contact Dream Auto Group, our salesman ********************* and the General Manager, *****************, were unsuccessful. Finally, on November 3rd, ***** responded, and I outlined our situation thus far. We forwarded the estimate along with what the warranty company was going to cover, and he said he'd forward it to the General Manager, *****************. It is now November 8th, and no one at the dealership is accepting our calls. We have contacted the ************************ of *********** expect the dealership to cover the remaining cost that the warranty company will not.

i signed a contract to purchase a vehicle from dream auto group on 08/07/2023. i was pressured to get an auto warranty for $1,800 and put $2,200 as a down payment. the vehicle arrived on 08/13/2023.when the car arrived on 08/13/2023 i noticed physical things wrong with the car that were not disclosed with me. i.e. frame damage, cracked lights with water inside, cover over the dash is missing and has been replaced with cloth using velcro to keep it on, touchscreen display lights up but doesnt respond to touch, passenger window button not working on passenger side, driver seat was torn and the heated setting doesnt work. less than a week of driving i noticed it was over heating, i find out someone had taken the thermostat out, spent $183 to get one put in, my vehicle is still over heating. dream auto sales contacts me and says they will pay for repairs to fix the overheating, they apologize for the salesman who sold the car. another $1,500 later and my radiator, water pump and all my hoses were replaced on 09/23/2023. i sent over the invoice as requested and the dealership doesnt respond, on 10/02/2023 i call the dealership and the salesman is rude, accuses me of lying, and says i didnt know what i was getting myself into when i said we would pay for repairs, im not paying for that vehicle is still over heating as of 10/09/2023. i discovered on 10/08/2023 that my vin number for my title and contract sent over from the dealership is not what is on my vehicle. which has made my registration/tag ($780) and insurance invalid. one of the salesmen have lied three times and has blocked my number, hes said hes had a death in the family, his manager said he was in the hospital and he texted to say he didnt work at the dealership anymore, when they said he does.

Purchased a 2008 Audi A4 2.0T on 6/27/2023; was not offered a test drive before signing paperwork. When I sat in the car for the first time I noticed the Check engine light was on. But as the store was closed I brought the issue up with my salesperson the following day. I also informed him that the key fob was non-functional. Wouldn't lock, unlock, or pop the truck. I was told the key just needed a new battery. To which I explained no, it lights up when you push the fob buttons, its not reacting with the vehicle. I then scheduled to bring the vehicle in on 7/5/2023 for the key fob and engine light issues. I was informed later that afternoon that the key fob needed to be reprogramed to the vehicle and the engine light issue was not addressed, but was cleared. Drove the vehicle home only to have the engine light return the following day. On 7/7/2023 the vehicle stalled and would not restart or turn over. I informed sales person and attempted to reach manager named **** who ignored my calls and texts all day. I had to uber to work for $85 and was told it just needs a battery (not true) has code for Crankshaft position sensor, fuel rail system lean, fuel pressure fault. Then I was told to "hit the starter" because it must be the starter. I informed them again that I bought the vehicle with these issues and they have not been accomedating in any sort of attempt to help address these issues. ***** the salesperson refuses to address the issue, no attempt to rectify the issues, or even to take a look at the vehicle was made.

In an effort to address the situation and provide a satisfactory resolution, we accepted the return of the vehicle in good faith. Despite having more than ***** additional miles, we took the vehicle back and paid your lender in full, leaving you with no outstanding balance. We want to emphasize that this reflects our commitment to providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns you may have had. While the pre-existing damage was apparent prior to your purchase, we acknowledge that there may have been an oversight in our communication. As a dealership, we continuously strive to improve our processes to ensure clear and transparent communication with our customers.

I purchased a 2012 jeep grand Cherokee that has been over heating since the second day of owning it. I had the vehicle towed to back the dealer ship when I was told it needed a thermostat. Was told that was installed. Still overheated when I took the jeep back. Noticed that the thermostat was not changed and called the dealer ship and was told that they told me that they were putting a used one in witch was not the case when discussing the vehicle originally. I took the jeep to ***************** jeep in ******************** were they found a stop leak in the heater core. that was not covered under warranty. So I paid 3k to get that fixed and it still over heats. Jeep is still at the dealer and I was told that the warranty company will probably denied the claim and deem pre-existing. I don't know what to do I traded in a truck that ran for 12 years for a one i cant even drive. Even though I was told that their is nothing wrong with the vehicle prior to purchase.

      Dear ****,

I am writing in response to your recent complaint regarding the overheating issue with your 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I understand how frustrating this must be, and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. Since the initial moment you notified me of this issue, I have been helping you and was able to get the thermostat replaced at no cost and get you your vehicle back to you the very next day so you could get to work. I am sorry that your vehicle needed further repairs. If the repairs you still need do not get covered with your warranty, please reach out to me and we will help reach a resolution.

      Best regards,
