I used the Subway Mobile App to order 2 sandwiches on a curbside pick up order on ********. Upon arrival, the very nice clerk advised me that they were out of egg and could not make a breakfast sandwich. I asked her to make the other sandwich and just refund the difference. She said, because I purchased this through the Subway App, I had to take it up with them for the refund. I have filed their complaint form online and I have heard nothing from them. It's not the amount, it's the fact you can order menu items that the store doesn't carry or have in stock, then, the restaurant cannot cancel the order or refund you because a third party runs their Subway website. NOTE: This is not the restaurant's fault but Subway Corporate no longer takes phone calls, you can only file, "feedback" online!Customer response
