Store manager extremely rude extremely disrespectful. Told me it was 140 bucks to find out what was wrong when I only called to get an estimate of one part and labor. Told me he could not get an estimate on the part I needed & insisted that in order to even price it out hed have to look at it. Called me back price over 600 ??. How ? When days prior to me bringing my car to them I was just at belle ********* was 25 dollars for them to look at it

I need brake pads and specifically asked for metallic because they stop much faster, and they put ceramic on. **** the manager texted me to see how my car was doing (after I had done some research to confirm they were in fact ceramic pads) and I asked what kind were put on. He told me ceramic. I replied that I explicitly said I did not want them and instead of saying oh Im sorry, bring it back in and we will put the right ones on he lied and said Oh, I just looked at your invoice, they are metallic. I asked to see a new box so I could see if the numbers matched and he told me they had no more. Customer service opened a case to investigate. He sent an email without greeting or signature that just said *** tried calling you 10 times so your case is closed he called twice. I also explicitly told customer service I was calling THEM because I dont trust this guy and that I didnt want to talk to him. When I called customer relations (and got the run around for about a month) lo and behold **** told them he did me a favor and put better ones on than I asked for. So he lied to me about what kind were put on, told me they didnt have anymore to compare (computers exist), sent a nasty email saying he called ten times when he didnt, then told customer relations he was doing me a favor by giving me better breaks. The only resolution was for me to bring me car back to him after he lied multiple times. Yeah Like I trust him enough to go back there. Avoid this place!!!
