  Good Day,Sunday, July 30th I visited your *********** Kids Footlocker with my mother and daughter. My mom asked for a shoe for my daughter, we sat down start chatting and after about 30mins realized no one every came back out with the shoe and/or followed up. So, I asked another short dark skin girl who was going in and out of the store with bags to check on a shoe. She came out said we have a 6, we said bring the 6 out. The same thing happened, she never came out the back room either.I asked the cashier for corporate number because it was horrible that we were waiting that long for shoe or even response for that matter.Ultimately, a light skin young lady see picture attached who would not reveal her name or provide phone number for corporate came out saying I was looking for a shoe for you and you want to report us. I said absolute, we have been here almost an hour waiting and you could've at least came back to advise us. She then became loud, I said not in front of my daughter...I asked my mom to take my daughter out of the store because she became belligerent and said this how b****** get killed while my daughter was walking out. I know it's hard to find employees but if this is the time of manager you having working at your stores, I will never visit another one of your stores ever again. She was talking to me like she was at home, talking about my wig, mama, etc. All because she was in the back stealing with her collegues putting stuff in bags having people come in and out getting the bags and I never seen them at the register to pay for anything unless you all have layway they are robbing you all blind. I'm more insulted by the experience, lack of customer service and the experience that occurred overall but also that it happened in front of my 7 year old daughter that's what has me more aggravated. I would like someone to contact me directly regarding this experience otherwise, I will be making a police report because of the threat along with finding the information for your corporate offices for someone to contact me. This young lady should not be a representation of Footlocker based on my experience yesterday, 07/30 at approx 5:45pm!!!!!!I called just now to get her name, she hung up on me! No integrity or professionalism She needs to be let go, especially advising she is a "manager"...I don't know what your credentials and hiring process is...but its a horrible depiction of kids footlocker I want an explanation of changes and a credit based on my 7 year old daughter, my mom and I's experience.
