I cancelled ******** in less than 24hours. I have called them and went to their store but they are still taking money out of my bank. At the store, they told me the account was cancelled. However as of 10/03/23 they charged me $55 and then again 10/10/23 another $55. I also paid money, around $200 when they set up the account and didnt get that money back.Initial Complaint

To whom it may concern:Our son broke his phone. We sent him to ******** to get his phone activated (his aunt gave him her old phone to activate). I received a text that I had just purchased a new phone and my contract was extended. I instantly contacted both the store and my son indicating that he was not allowed to do this, and how did the store allow him to when he did not have the security code. The store indicated that they cannot do anything today and he would have to come into the next day to resolve the issue. When my son went in the next day he was told the phone he had traded in (this was his aunts phone) had been mailed off and there was nothing he could do. We contacted the store for resolution and were told it was too bad the phone had already been mailed off. We attempted to escalate this up through the chain of command but was not provided with the supervisors contact information. My wife got on the phone to discontinue the line at which time, I had to give verbal confirmation that this was what we wanted (even though she is an authorized user authorized to make changes on the account). This never should have been allowed to progress to this point. Upon the absence of the authorization code (which was never asked for - Son doesn't have it) this process should have ended. Now the store has my sons property and will not rectify the issue.
