on 11/14 I went to the FELDMAN Chevorlet dealership in Waterford, MI. I told *********************, I wanted a small SUV with a 6cylinder engine. He brought out a 2015 equinox. **** said was not past the safety inspection yet and they didn't have the title yet. As a result, i was not able to test drive it off the lot. He said we will put you in a loaner car and get this safety inspection and title all set for you to test drive. **** then said after you are able to drive it and you don't like it don't worry we will look for something else. They gave me a loaner car until the inspection and title were cleared. They called on 11/24 and said the loaner was sold and to come to get my car it's ready. Went Friday 11/26/22 at 9:00 AM per their request. Only to sit there until 11 am. **** was not there on this day. Another sales girl **** told me to sign the papers and she will get the keys for my drive. 20 mins After the papers were signed **** told me they lost the keys and to take the loaner home again. 2 days later on 11/29 i called **** to see what was up. He said the key was not lost a technician had it. Also, the car wasn't ready for test driving on 11/26 as the safety inspection had not been done yet anyway. He wasnt sure why they called me in to sign when it wasnt past inspection. Later the same day about 6:30 pm we were able to come to get the car. As soon as we got in i mentioned some safety censor lights were on. **** then said give it a drive, we will talk when you come back. Drove it 1/2 way around the block and came back. The car had a terrible (howl). As if the hubs or bearings were bad. I also mentioned that it was not the engine we discussed. **** said he will have it looked at and present new options... The next day **** called and said, the loan is funded there is nothing that can be done. I said, "there are no options at all to work with me on getting the car/engine i asked for? and im stuck with it, even though i was led to this point with confusion and lies? He said, "people dont return cars, feel free to leave it on the lot. Its your credit." I still do not have the car as of 12/01. I have not had this car in my possession yet. I am not sure what my options are here. I dont understand i WORKED my **** off fixing my credit to only be tricked into signing papers for a car that seems unsafe and didnt ask fir in the first place..... It was like they spun me in a bunch of circles and then said why cant you walk a straight line........... Im heart broken and lost. Please advise.Business response

I financed a 2017 **** Escape December 11 2021 on January 15 my car cut off while I was driving. I sent my car back to the dealership January 18th. Now its May 19th and I still have no vehicle and no help. I pay $506 a month for a car I havent even seen over 4 months.Business response

Thank you for allowing us to address this concern. The transmission was on backorder and the dealership is actively working with the customer to expedite the service and repair of the vehicle.
