I had dental work done on 10/23/21 at Kakaris Family Dentistry. When the explanation of benefits was sent on 11/8/21 from Delta Dental(I have copy if needed), it shows I overpaid by $112.00. I spoke with ****** at Kakaris on 12/14/21. She advised me she would send the refund request to their accountant and it would take 30 to 40 days for the refund. On 1/28/22, no money had been refunded. I called ****** on 1/28/22, she advised she would email their accountant to process the refund ASAP. Today, 2/1/22, no refund has been issued. I called ****** at Kakaris, she said she needs to get an approval from the owner. No refund has been issued to my credit card yet. It's been 49 ************* at Kakaris is still trying to get an approval.Business response

There is some sort of misunderstanding as the refund was credited back to his Care Credit Account on 2/01/2022. We have been extremely short staffed and worked as fast as we possibly could to return the funds. Please refer *************** to his care credit account where the funds were credited back to this account. This (Care Credit) was the method of payment used to pay for the dental service and therefore we are obligated to return the refund via the payment method used, in this case, Care Credit.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
