2 guys came to our home. 1st guy spoke with my wife and she said clearly we weren't interested and the guy ignored her and kept talking. The 2nd guy came and spoke with my wife saying he will look around but I caught him as he was walking away and told him NO and to leave. Next thing I find is this f***head ON MY ROOF! Told him to get off my roof and off my property. Then had to repeat myself when "Mike" seemed confused by what "get off my roof and off my property meant. This aggressive practice is ridiculous! Do all your sales/inspection people conduct business this way?

      Hello sir,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, I appreciate it very much. I have been serving the ***************** area for 28 years and I take great pride in my company and our staff. I do not condone any aggressive sales tactics and that is not how we operate.

We seem to have a slight case of miscommunication here. Your wife gave the first gentleman permission to perform a free roof inspection. That gentleman then notified the inspector to stop and do just that. ****, the inspector, knocked on the door again, spoke with your wife, gave her our folder with company information and discussed the process of the inspection. She proceeded to the backyard to bring the dogs in so **** could do an exterior overview in addition to the roof. **** went to his truck to grab his ladder and started to perform the inspection. You came outside. He could tell you were quite angry and instructed him to leave. At that time he left immediately.

Again, I appreciate your feedback and thank you for your understanding in the situation. I have talked with both of these gentlemen to address your concern. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you would like to discuss this further, thank you, sir.

I thought they were doing a good job on our roof, unfortunately they were careless moving around on the roof. The workers used our TV antenna as a clothes hanger and it was laying down on the roof once the wind picked up. They were going to come back to fix it, but I haven't seen that yet. The workers were also careless with our gutters. We now have 2 spots, that I've noticed, where the rain and any melting snow drips down onto our driveway and also on our front deck. With the cold weather, it freezes and is very slippery. Water was spilling over another spot on the gutters so my son went up on a ladder and found a roll of roofing nails in there.I'm not very happy with the workers to say the least. I'm also VERY nervous about them putting new siding on. Not sure what will happen with that.I do expect the company to fix our gutters and our antenna free of charge.
