First, I want to give a shout out to Nicole for her outstanding service to include her patience, kindness, and knowledge of the options available to me for my unique scenario. My transition from Medical Assistance ending in Oct 2024 to a MnSure Plan Nov 2024, in addition to my new enrollment for 2025. Her plate was/is definitely full. Jackie was so helpful with helping me find insurance. She really went above and beyond to help me understand the different insurance policies. Jackie is so personable, informative, and is a ray of sunshine. I would highly recommend her to anybody trying to differentiate insurance plans. Jackie and Caleb were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about setting up MNSure medical and dental for me. Jackie was so thorough through the process, spending the time needed to explain everything, and helping me choose from plans that fit my needs. I really can't thank her enough. The MNSure process alone, is a complicated website and process, but with Jackie's professional help, it took all of the guess work out of what needed to happen, and definitely lowered my anxiety with the process.
