Electric service company installed a new furnace in my home and didn't finish the job. And won't respond to telephone inquiries or in person inquiries.Business response

We did install a new furnace for this customer and she is correct that the job is not completed. Duct work needs to be fabricated to modify the previous unique installation. Our fabricator has been out on an extended leave but is expected to return soon. The customer has had heat and a working furnace through the issue. We were contacted ONCE about the unfinished project. We answer all emails and have a voice mail system to retrieve any missed calls, which we have not had from this customer. We will contact the customer to clarify the issue.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I contacted them more than ONCE. I called and left messages on at least 2 occasions plus went to place of business more than ONCE and provided photos. But as I stated earlier yes I did hear from electric service company today via email and as I told them it would of been nice if I was informed of that there duct work fabricator was on leave of absence I wouldn't of taken this issue this far.
