I had purchased some iColor 560 gold and silver toners, upon arrival the toners were deemed defective. They did not put out the color as intended and advertised by Johnson Plastics or UniNet iColor. I reached out to JPPlus and they were unable to solve the issue, since they were unable to solve the issue I requested to return the items, they said I would need to provide a printer serial number so they could get their money back from UniNet iColor. Well... why are you requiring this information to return them when it WAS NOT REQUIRED to purchase the toners.... At the moment I now have $1000 in toners that are not functional.Business response

These toner cartridges were purchased December of 2021. *********** claimed they were defective. Since we don't have a record of him buying an IColor 560 printer from us we reviewed the situation with Uninet, ******* of the printer and toner cartridges. They requested the serial number of the printer being used to evaluate what problems may be occurring and to confirm that *********** does in fact have one . *********** never gave us a serial number, leading us to believe he may have tried to use these toner cartridges in a different printer. Without a valid serial number Uninet is unwilling to provide any assistance. We believe a previous complaint was lodged with the BBB by ***** about this issue. This complaint has also been brought up through the OH BBB, I will be responding to that complaint with this same information. Please keep us informed about the progress of this inquiry.
