Worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealership when purchasing a NEW or even used vehicle. I should have driven the extra miles and gone to the dealer I normally work with. Lesson learned!Review from Chip P

Clutch warranty work done at 19k miles. Problem occured again at 75k miles and they wanted $3,900....yea. No. Called corporate because no one in your service department wanted to do anything so I have to do it myself. Was told to deal with the dealer and work somethinf out with them. Dealer tells me to call corporate. Corporate said dealer did the work so try to get them to fix it. Dealer wants $3,900 for a botched clutch job. Mind you I drive this car like a grandpa so its not me. Very disapointed with the result. Paid $100 for a diagnostics to tell me about a problem I knew I had....completely useless dealership and poor representation of Honda as a brand. Selling my car and buying a Toyota. Byee!!!Review from Derek & Sabrina K

The experience in general was awful. We are partially to blame for not reading paperwork thoroughly. We were pre-approved through our credit union but because it was 5pm on a Friday we had to go through the dealership for financing. It starts with us never actually seeing or being taken to the finance department. Our sales guy kept going back and forth with the finance department while he kept trying to push & add things we refused. He also told us they were checking other financial institutes for our loan because they thought they could get use lower interest rate. They originally told us we had to pay over $1,000 for an additional paint protection & this was mandatory for Honda we definitely questioned this. After all the crazy back and forth and paperwork it was late and rushed and we left. We called within 24hrs of purchasing because the numbers didn't make sense. That's when we found out that we were charged a warranty for $3450 instead of the tint for $599 for 7 windows. Then found out we could have refused the paint protection too. We talked with the sales manager and told her everything, offered to return the car and start the process over and she claimed we couldn't because financing had already been sent and it was a Saturday. Eventually she agreed they would refund us for the warranty and the paint protection and she would talk withe sales. we had to sign paperwork and they would send payments to bank loan directly for refunds. This took weeks and us calling many times for the refunds. The weeks following letters came stating why were denied a loan from other banks including the one we were pre-approved with, the reason was the loan was far higher then the car was worth which makes sense now that we know they overcharged us. So checking for better rates was another lie we were told. When we went in for the tint the technician told us we could only tint the two front windows since the other windows had factory tempered glass something we did not know.Review from Alexandra C

Go anywhere else. Purchased a 2019 Honda CRV. Stay away from Roger Thomas. That misogynistic pig scammed me into "included packages" which cost me over $2000 over the price I was promised. Tried to get a refund and was only allowed to recover $1550. Then only refunded $1500. After waiting for the dealer to get the vehicle "ready" one remote was dead. Drove it home to find a hoard of children's snacks and garbage in the seats. Vehicle was filthy! Not to mention the stress of the down payment caused by a "clerical error" from their accounting department. When I called for them to resolve the issue they offered no way to reconcile the issue and instead read me a script on their focus on having repeat customers. Again run. Don't get sucked into a slightly cheaper vehicle because you will just be paying in worthless scammed addons and time.Review from Paul G

My wife and I had our 2016 Acura MDX serviced at this dealership since we bought it. We have completed all recommended/required maintenance early and or on time. We now need to replace the engine at 108K miles. We have spent well over 4k this year in scheduled maintenance alone. This dealership and service department has not taken any responsibility nor have offered any compensation towards the replacement engine. There have been elements of dishonesty and lack of integrity. The service department did not conduct the investigation properly and submitted a claim for warranty without sufficient documentation. They obviously do not know what they are doing. This dealership does not operate with integrity or accountability. The Assistant Principal, AGM, still has yet to return a call to me from 6/23. I would not recommend anyone buy from or service their car at this dealership. Honda should do an audit and an investigation into their practices and remove all leadership. This lack of quality assurance and control is completely undeserving of the HONDA name.Review from Kay G

If you want to get ripped off and sold a used car with issues, then this is your place! They LOVE to talk down to nurses, especially the manager Kevin Schiltz. Apparently, our profession is like a used car and we are just FULL of PROBLEMS! It’s been 4 tries and this place still can’t get their stuff together enough to realize what they are doing is illegal and ADMITTING ON CAMERA they misrepresented a sale of a vehicle will hold up in court. I highly suggest you rectify this issue with our truck or you will lose more than just businessReview from Megan H

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL! They are all arrogant, lying a**hats. I bought my 2020 Chevy suburban from here in September 2021. I have had nothing but issues with them since. Appointment issues, phone calls not being returned, given the run around and the service department giving you the run around and wrong information. After the first time my service engine light came on after 2 months of having it, I dropped off my suburban (made the appointment 2 days prior) and they called me 20 minutes later and told me I needed to bring it to Chevy because of my warranty (couldn't the guy have told me that when I made my appointment), but yes fine my mistake. My husband went to pick it up the next day and my suburban was backed up into a tree- so sitting against a tree trunk for over 24 hours. The service manager apologized and gave his card and said we would be in touch. I called the next day and had one conversation with him, he told me to call him when I was ready to bring it in for the first oil appointment and they will check out the body work from where it was backed into a tree at the same time. Well I have called 3 times and haven’t gotten a call back. So I showed up today for my oil appointment, demanded to talk to the manager who never came out to talk to me. I asked one of the car sales men to get me a manager and responded to me in a very rude tone and asked me why I needed a manger. Proceeded to tell me that the sales manager wouldn't be able to help me. After 40 minutes of sitting here, the service department worker comes out to tell me that they don’t have the filter for my truck and they needed to go get one. I told him that whoever I talked to on Monday mentioned they would need to get a filter. I told him if you can’t have it in stock by Wednesday when I come in, I will make my appointment at a later date so you have more time to get a filter because I would like for it to be there so we don’t run into this issue when I am there for my appoiReview from Kirstin W

DO NOT GO TO RAPIDS HONDA right off Hanson and Highway 10. The sales people and sales managers are incredible deceptive. I went there to look at a vehicle that was listed on their website and when I got there, it wasn't on the lot. That should've been my first red flag but I digress. The sales person, Jorge, asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. I said specifically I wanted three things-all wheel or four wheel drive, an SUV, and a trailer hitch. He said he'd look to see what they had. He came back with a 2018 Honda CR-V with all sorts of bells and whistles but not a trailer hitch. I asked about the hitch-he said, oh yeah, we'll take care of that! Which to me meant that they would install one at no additional cost. Well...when it came time for that installation there is no order for it and he, of course, refused to return my calls. The service manager asked him repeatedly to call me. NO CALLS. I emailed the salesman, NO RESPONSE. Today, the sales supervisor called me and said that they did not say they'd do the hitch. She was condescending, arrogant, and absolutely not apologetic. She repeatedly said my name wrong and, of course, defended her salesman. RIDICULOUS. When spending the amount of money I did, one would think they would be willing to at least compromise. I was crystal clear from the moment I sat down with what I wanted. They did no offer a discount or anything. I paid for an expensive vehicle and they offered NOTHING. What would it cost them to install the hitch? Very little in the grand scheme of things...yet..nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Go anywhere else. They do a bait and switch and do not stick to their promises. And they do not communicate. They are the epitome of slick sales people-from the top down.Review from Sarah P.

Leased a Honda Pilot 8/22/2020 and there was a crackling coming from the entertainment system, they replaced a harness a few months later it was doing it again. I’ve had it in 3 times with no fix, called to file a complaint with corporate and still no response. Next I’ll be looking into a lemon law claim.
