            Government Action: BBB reports on known government actions involving business’ marketplace conduct:
            Minnesota Dept. of Labor & Industry Consent Order

            On May 13, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The Consent Order settles allegations that the business performed or offered to perform the services of a plumbing and/or electrical contractor in Minnesota without having the required license, bonding and insurance, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.46 and 326B.33 (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from performing or offering to perform the services of a plumbing and/or electrical contractor in Minnesota. The business also agreed to pay $1000.00 of a $5000.00 penalty, with the balance stayed on the condition the business fully complies with the terms of the Consent Order.  The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law.
