We bought a boat lift from Fish Lake, and when they came to install it, they didn't follow the instructions we gave. We asked for the lift to be equal with the end of the dock. They left it 3-4 feet short. We asked them to come back and reposition it to where we asked, because if the water goes down at all, we won't be able to get the boat off the lift. The did come back, but they didn't let us know until right before they arrived and we weren't there. Now, they are saying they will come back on 29 June. The boat lift was delivered on 3 May!!! This new date is based upon Fish Lakes convenience, and not trying to resolve the situation they created, in a timely manner!!!Disappointing!!!Business response

We apologies for the delay in getting back out to the customers property to resolve any issues. We are short staffed like the rest of the world and are a seasonal business with not enough hours in the day.
We do have a return date scheduled to move the lift out to deeper water. When the lift was originally installed the water was high and the lift was placed appropriately for the current water depth.
The customers boat was also not in the water and present so we could not fine adjust the lift and bunks.
We have offered the customer a full refund for the delivery / install fee that he was charged or offered to keep our appointment to move the lift out to deeper water.
