My boyfriend brought his car in for it making a noise in the rear end and the engine light being on. They called him and told him that his engine light was because of a sensor and asked him what he thought the knocking might be. He said I dont know Im not the professional maybe the shocks? We asked the owner ***** to call us back with a price and he never did. They called back in a couple days and told him his car was ready to be picked up. They never called him and quoted him or told him how much. The shocks were a 100% mark up 330$ for just the shocks not including labor when you can buy them from Napa for $150 or less. They told him the noise was better as soon as he pulled out of the road the noise was exactly the same. They didnt fix anything.

We fixed shocks as they where bad. After talking with customer and hearing out the complaints customer then brought vehicle back in where we are now doing warranty work due to one of the shocks being defective with bad bushings (causing a thump sound on bumps). We have talked with customer and are making things right. Parts do sometimes go bad no matter being brand new or not, that is out of our hands however we are repairing without any extra cost and making it right. As far as the conversation about repairs ***** (owner) called ***** (customer) discussed fixes that needed to be done and ***** responded with "get it fixed thank you."
