We used them to install our irrigation system in our backyard in Summer of 2021, during the install they clipped our electrical system to our pool and our shed. They refused to pay for the emergency electrical call to fix the pool, they promised over and over again to fix the electrical to our shed and never ************ in Summer of 2022 they keep sending us past due bills of the remaining half to our irrigation install when they owe us for the emergency electrical repair and fixing our electrical to our shed, all items they agreed to do via email and keep ignoring our messages and dropping the ball. I would highly recommend anyone looking to use there services to run in the other direction. They do not back up their work and do not admit their mistakes. They try to cover it up and still try and charge you for it! Either finish what you agreed to or give us a refund of the entire job plus the emergency electrical charge to fix our pool and the cost to fix our electrical. We request them to fix their promised issues or issue us a check for $10kBusiness response

Hi ******,
I have contacted and spoken to the client on 9/21/22 and 9/22/22, and he has stated what he would like done, which was outside of the scope of the original contract. On 9/22/22 I asked him to send me pictures which he has agreed to do. However, I have not received anything yet. ********** reached out on 9/27/22 and I reached out today stating I have a tech that could do a visit, but haven't heard back yet.

I am rejecting this response because: I was busy and unable to get back to them right away I did respond to them today. But until we have the work actually agreed to be completed I will leave this complaint open and unresolved. Sounds like we maybe getting close to a solution but nothing has officially been done yet.
