We have had our cruise control worked on at Merit Chevrolet and it took 3 visits and 13 hours to get our cruise control fixed, we reached out to the executive referral team, and they did help a little. After 3 visits and 13 hours later, we asked for a couple of free oil changes. They said we have a rewards card that gives people points for discounts on parts and service, However the customer earns those points. We are asking for free oil changes due to our inconveniences. We have purchased 6 vehicles over the years, and they will not reach out to us and give us a couple of free oil changes, this goes to show you the loyally. this company has to keeping hard working devoted customers happy. Upon being treated like this we will seek better treatment from a different dealership.

We are very sorry that Merit Chevrolet was not able to repair your truck on your to repair your truck on the original visit. We were finally able to get information from ************** on the repair that was needed to fix your cruise control issue. Merit Chevrolet will be sending you out 3 free oil *************** inconvenience.
