      I went to this Best Buy on harborson blvd in Columbia SC and they had a speaker on display for $129.99 I told them I wanted to get it. They said that was the wrong price then they changed the price right in front of me to $799.99 I think that is wrong.

      Nov 1st 2024 I purchased 2 lg 27in monitors for 118.57, this included shipping and taxes. I received confirmation of my purchase and an hour later I received another email saying my order was canceled. I went to repurchase the 2 monitors and the price was updated to 219.99 before tax and shipping. I got on live support on the website and they agreed to honor the original price and gave me a number to call. I called the number and was transferred 6 times with nobody knowing what to do. One person even tried to sign me up for a credit card. 51 minutes later I get to the final agent who also stated they will honor the price but explained they are having technical difficulties. He said I would receive an email with all the information about the case and that I would have to call back with that info to get the monitors reordered at the original price. I never received the email. I then contacted text support and they said if I repurchased the monitors it would have to be for 219.99 instead of the original price of 118.57 and that the agents must have made a mistake.

      I would like to voice my experience cancelling my Best But Plus Membership. It was $49.99 and would auto renew after 1 year. When I went to the app and the website I was not able to find it in order to cancel. It suggested I call the 1-800 #, but of course 2 nights in a row, it was after hours. On the 3rd day I called, was on hold for like 10 minutes, and transferred 3 times in order to cancel. Seems like they are making it difficult for people to cancel.

      Not happy with the ice maker. It has not worked properly one time since I had it installed. The person the person they sent out the first time dismissed my complains as if the door was being left open. They have been out two or three times and the issue is still not resolved. I no longer want this refrigerator because of the ice maker I would prefer another one even if have to get a different brand or a bigger one. I am willing to pay the difference and compromise.

      I purchased a few appliances and the delivery went south — they didn’t deliver everything as scheduled. I had already waited almost 2 months for them to arrive so I was very disappointed. I called customer service where I spoke with a few agents and eventually one named Kristy Lynne ******** — she was amazing and went above and beyond to make a bad situation in to a good one. She was very attentive and really made a huge difference in this situation by doing everything in her power to rectify the situation as if it was her own purchase when others simply chose not to — there is no reason why any other agent couldn’t have done what she did but she chose to actually put in the effort and I’m thankful for that. You are lucky to have her working on your team and I just wanted to give her a shout out! Thank you!

      The location at Tempe Market Place in Tempe, AZ is absolutely horrible. I haven't had 1 good experience at this store out of the two years I lived in Tempe. The customer service is just not there at all. It appears to be a racist Mexican staff.

      We purchased a $1k refrigerator through Best Buy and paid for removal of the original fridge. Took 3 weeks to get it. Tipped an additional $30 to delivery people. From the very start, the fridge didn’t work at all. Never got cold. Lost hundreds of dollars of food. Had to wait several days for them to send out a “repair” person. Had to take a day off of work to be able to meet the person. They sent a delivery person instead because the company is clearly incompetent and even that person told us he can easily tell the fridge is a dud because it has no coolant. We wanted a switch out but would take 3 additional weeks so we opted for return.They would only give us a pick up date a week later. Despite calling several times and waiting on the phone for an hour to talk with a supervisor I was told there was no resolution they could offer. I had to purchase a new fridge from a more reliable company instead because i cannot live without a fridge for another 3 weeks and now don’t have room for 2 fridges in my house. It is hazardous. Yet Best Buy refuses to come pick it up for another week. On top of it; they also won’t issue my refund until 24 hours after the broken fridge is returned to their warehouse but refuse to come pick up the fridge in a timely manner. I was also told by the supervisor I spoke with that if I move the fridge outside I will not be issued a refund. This company is withholding $1,000 of my money for a broken product even when their representative confirmed the fridge was delivered unusable and they are forcing me to live in an unsafe situation. They also said they won’t issue a refund for lost food product unless we bought a protection plan… for a unit that was delivered broken. Deplorable business behavior and disgusting excuse for customer service. The stress this has caused has taken a toll even more than the thousands of dollars all because I just tried to purchase a new fridge.

      I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with Best Buy. I purchased a washer and dryer for $1,600, including warranties for both appliances. Since then, I have faced numerous issues with canceled appointments and poor customer service to get my ex-change on a broken washer., It has now been over a month since my purchase, and I still do not have my washer. I have repeatedly received appointment emails, only to find that when I arrive, my appointments have been canceled or rescheduled without notice. Most recently, I was informed that a technician closed my ticket because I was “not home,” which is not true, as I was waiting for the appointment.

      It’s very hard to get in contact with the corporate office about a repair that was supposed to be escalated a month ago and I have not received any emails from them. We pay for total tech which is a warranty plan that covers your products you purchase from Best Buy and I can’t get any help with scheduling a tech to come out to resolve my issues.

      Warning to anyone who uses BB 2-step authentication. Every indication on their website is that if you lose your app or your backup codes that they can help. They can’t, and there’s no other way to authenticate your account. Their solution is setting up a new account with a different email address. That’s not a solution.
