      Junk. Trash. The company is horrible - the coverage is trash. Just a middleman for Aetna.

      The stopped making payment for my insurance premium. They keep the money in their accounts, doing god knows what with it, and just stopped paying my premiums that they had agreed to pay. Then when you call in to ask what is going on, you have to wait for hours because you aren't the only account they screwed up. This is the slowest and most incompetent company I have ever worked with. I have to wonder if their $1,000,000,000 value comes from sitting on your money longer than they are supposed to and using it for their own profit.

      Same as what everyone else says. They have made zero effort to accommodate my individual needs as a member, despite taking to several different people and being told to file an appeal that would be approved, which was promptly denied.

      This is a scam insurance company. They will not pay for services they say are included in your plan. When you call Them, they will admit the procedures are 100% covered by your plan and when you get a bill they will say the billing company billed them incorrectly and have to change the coding , except the facilities can’t change their coding, this will go on for many months and eventually you will get sent to collections. We had blood work for a physical not covered, a Covid test not covered, and a nasal endoscopy, all performed in dr office and should be covered 100% by the plan. This has happened to a number of people within the Trivista company. I will be contacting the attorney general to see what my options are against Gravie.
