  Roof- Prominent never knew when the roofing company was coming, never had the right or updated information. The roofing company left over 500 nails in my yard (I took photos and counted) that my husband and I spent DAYS picking them up so my child and dog didn't step on them. Someone from Prominent came out to pick the nails up over a week after we called and complained; by that time we had picked them all up already. They left garbage all over our yard for a week without picking anything up until they were done. I have a huge driveway and street parking, but roofing people parking in my yard right over where my well is. They also left cigarette buts all over my yard and driveway (which my dog tried eating). After the gutter people replaced the gutters they threw out the chunks of ice that were inside the old gutters. With melting we are finding more and more NAILS from the roof that fell when they were working on it. Siding- Delivered a pallet of materials and the dumpster a week before they did any work. Then left siding chunks all over the yard (my new puppy keeps trying to eat them all) without a bother to pick anything up. They also left the large pieces of siding in my yard for days before picking anything up. They ordered the wrong width of siding (10" instead of the 8" we asked for), did a c*** job at sealing the new siding along my windows, installed my "shutters" upside down, and didn't order enough siding. So part of our house sat with no siding for 4+ weeks (they said it would be 3 weeks- ***). After we called about the siding, it had "magically" been delivered the day prior. Their pallets are still sitting in my driveway making it very difficult for me to leave my garage. The new siding was installed and the pallets are still in my driveway... a week later. With no info on when it will be picked up. ** QC from Prominent needs to come out in the spring to inspect the roof, siding, gutters, and pick up the nails after the ice/snow melts.

  The crew we had on this job doesn't smoke. I asked you to send me photos of the cigarette butts along with the 500 nails and you didn't do that like I asked. Also the siding we came to pick up you guys buried it in snow and there's no way to pick it up until the snow melts. We've told you that. We will be back in the spring to look everything over and do a quality control check like we do with every customer. We appreciate your business and will be in contact when the snow melts.
