Around late Oct, the sales person (***) came to our house to sell us a water softener. He said they were a smaller up and coming company and were trying to sell for cheaper than culligan. He called and texted my fianc everyday to see if we made a decision on the purchase. On Nov. 4, we decided to buy it and *** delivered the products ( water softener and reverse osmosis). We paid $1,000 in check since he said using a card would have a small charge. After we received the product he said he would work on getting us on the plumbers schedule and it should be within the next week. We waited a week, assuming he didnt get us in the schedule because the plumber was booked. My fianc texted and called again, he said he was working on getting us on the schedule.We called every week and he kept making excuses. On Dec 19, he blocked my fiancs phone number and now we cant get in contact with him.Initial Complaint

We were contacted by a salesman representing Majibox LLC and they were trying to sell us a water softener and home filtration system. After paying them, they have been dodging us and I have no longer been able to contact them. I have asked for a refund and they informed us that a refund was issued but I have not received anything. Their email no longer exists and their phone number does not appear to be able to receive any calls anymore.
