      I submitted an application in October 2023. At the time, I was advised to submit my application along with my $300 deposit and $50 application fee. My application was denied due to my credit. I was advised that I would get my deposit back if the application wasn't approved. I have contacted quail ***** apartment on several occasions and many of my call have gone unanswered and not returned. Today October 21, 2024 I decided to stop by the office and inquire about my $300 deposit. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to open the door (note on door stated that they would be back in the office at 1:30 pm), I was advised that my deposit which was mailed to the wrong address had been cashed in October 2023. Which happens to be the same month that I submitted the application. I contacted quail ***** in October, November and December of 2023, January, February, March, May, July, August, September and October 2024 inquiring about my refund. I was advised that corporate hadn't mailed the check out yet. I'm very disappointed in this process. The office agent wasn't able to produce an image of the cashed check nor did she attemp ensure the check was cashed. The bank always keep a copy of the cash check to cover themselves as well as the company that wrote the check. I am requesting that someone in the corporate sector follow up with this situation. It has been 12 months without a valuable and acceptable resolution.

      When I moved into my apartment here in *******, we were not able to access it to see what it looked like until we paid another $150, but wasn't made aware before and had to sign the lease first, then the lease had computer generated signatures as if we signed, then was given information on disposal of cigarette butt's, but never said it was a non smoking facility, but added an addendum after we moved in a month later. We smoke on the balcony outside and they threaten with eviction, but they allow dogs to defecate anywhere else besides the dog park. Not a functional senior complex, no transportation for seniors that don't drive, no recreational activities for the residents and raise the rent twice a year. We are on fixed incomes and they **** us dry.

      Dominium Management is all about building these beautiful apartment buildings on the outside that are built to fast and on the inside it is a whole different story. Every new complex is designed the same on the inside, and management is usually a issue along with maintenance. They keep building all these apartments and advertising and when you move in it is a whole different story...so beware and keep records, take pictures, record. God will handle this after the treatment I received from this company. I have what is called morals.

      Horrible Management. Disrespectful to the elderly. They take away the smallest of pleasures like screens on our patio doors, allowing fresh air in a bugs out. Taking patio fencing down, putting our pet in danger. Previous manager took sensitive paperwork with her upon her exit and now they can't find some of our paperwork. Do we have a Data Breach? No compassion, no kindness. They lie frequently.One of our residents on the 1st floor, her key fob broke and they told her it would be $****** to replace it. After I complained to the Regional Manager, they replaced it at no charge. Then another resident went down to get a new key fob as theirs had broken as well and again they wanted to charge them only this time it was $105.00. Went they question management as to why the resident on the 1st floor key fob was replace at no charge and they have to pay, they said, we dont do that. (replace at no charge.) To add salt in the wound $105.00 to ****** FOR A PIECE OF PLASTIC with a chip in it!!! You must be kidding. Might at this time remind you that we are ELDERLY and we are on fixed incomes!!! Public restroom just outside the Community room has p*** on the floor, (been there for about a month) there is no toilet paper and the trash can is full. Housekeeper walked off the job because management treated her poorly. The other public bathroom door and been broken since before the TWO water main breaks. Probably close to six months. After they put identifying tags on out storage spaces we were threatened that we would have to pay $35.00 if the tag went missing. ************** RENTAL ***** a month. We also have to pay water. EVERYTHING IS AN ADDITONAL CHARGE. Making it anything but affordable. Housekeeper walked off the job because management treated her poorly. Asst. **** is verbally abusive. She also makes appointments with residents and rarely keeps them. They advertise amenities that have never worked. Like the **** in the "barn" ************** floor has never been cleaned.

      I'd If I could rate this company a 0 I would! I resided at the ******************* apartments in ********. I would not recommend renting with this company they do not handle maintenance requests in a timely matter. My window was broken for 2 years prior to finally being repaired after making numerous attempts to reach out to management and was avoided and ignored. Now that I have finally vacated the Premises back in October did the walk through with the assistant manager ****** was advised my $300 deposit would take UP TO 60 days to be refunded and I have yet to receive my refund but they had no problem renting out the apartment not even a month after I was gone and its currently March!!!. I was a resident for over 3 years and never late on my rent INCLUDING DURING COVID and yet I still can't get a resolution nor will they communicate a with me. I asked for the property managements information to resolve my issue and was advised they couldnt provide me with that information! ONCE AGAIN I WILL ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN RENTING WITH THIS COMPANY DONT!!

      Please dont waste your time with any property that is managed by this company. The worst decision I have ever made was to move into a place under this management. First off they are scammers, they add false charges to your account even if you pay your rent on time and act as if they cant change it and they say you are responsible for any late fees. No one ever reaches back out to you if you have a complaint or need to get anything done. My residence would be so nice if it was under different management who actually have values and morals and cares about the well-being of their residents. Not to scam them out of hard earned money.

      This is a poorly managed company. I live in the ************* building. It is extremely unsafe I been here a year there has been three murders. One on the second floor in the building. Drug addicts and kids running around in halls. Stolen packages, no repairs were made on my move in check list. Lease is up this month. I was not presented an option to continue my lease but want me to stay a extra 60 days to give them proper notice I am leaving. It is impossible to speak to someone in the cooperate office.

      I was accidentally parked in the wrong spot near the ***************************. This company's tow service towed my car 0.3 miles and held my car for 1 hour and charged me $325, which I had to produce in cash! I just think this is an insane price ***** for such a short tow and such a disrespectful way to treat people that don't live around the area

      They discriminate, make people feel inadequate and call people liars and stupid when they complain about broken HVACs and sewer backing up in the toilet issues as well as fowl orders and gas leak smells. Yet, they refuse to fix any thing. They just opened ******************** in *********, **. Their maintenance is not properly trained on these issues. If they were. They would fix these issues immediately. There is a hostile living environment there that management refuses to fix. Dogs not on leashes and owners not picking up their dog's p*** People are getting sick that do not normally get sick. These are elderly, disabled, and some are even vulnerable adults that they treat like c*** with rude attitudes, belittling comments. I know they did it to me. With the jobs I've had. I was required to learn about electrical, HVAC and plumbing. I am very educated on these things. I have had gas stoves, gas hot water heater and furnace. I know what gas smells like. This company has been complained about and even sued and lost. Why are they still in business?
