I'm writing this review because I am very very disappointed in the way this company has dealt with my refund on motorcycle wheels that I purchased from their website. The website clearly stated that their wheels I purchased were exact fits replacements for my motorcycle and when I purchase them the motorcycle did not run correctly and I almost wrecked my motorcycle with these tires. Me and the dealer had the representative from the wheel manufacturer come out to inspect the tires and he informed my dealership that these were the wrong tires and could not work successfully with my motorcycle. I contacted Dennis Kirk they asked me to return them and after investigation they told me that I the consumer did not investigate these tires enough before purchasing them from their website. It clearly stated they were exact fits for my motorcycle and It is very disturbing that a company would blame the consumer for not investigating the wheels correctly before purchasing them when their website clearly stated that they were direct/exact fit for my motorcycle.Review from Aaron M

I ordered an exhaust and intake for my ****** on a Thursday afternoon and received both of them Monday afternoon. Extremely fast shipping halfway across the country, great price, and perfect fit. I have never left a review about a company but this time.Just wow. I was rudely disappointed and surprised of how I was spoken too. I told the customer service lady (faith) that I bought a helmet a few weeks ago when it showed I called stating that the new helmet fits almost perfectly asked if it would loosing up after use and they said yes.Okay that's all I needed to know, i called again today few weeks later the helmet is still tight and I was honest straight out said l've been wearing it and it has been less tighter from when I originally called I have been wearing it hoping it was "wear in" and was wondering if I can exchange it for one size bigger. The attitude and disrespect from her not even caring what I had to say was so sad. I will never buy anything from this company again."If you have the original sticker, bag, box, label, etc you may return it" i explained again how I have been wearing it. And she tried to cut me off over talk while I was talking and laughed and said" this is a new product company we will not sell used products" that's not even what I was asking bro. I purchased Love Jugs for my Roadglide from Dennis Kirk. I contacted Dennis Kirk upon opening the box. Installation hardware was missing and some of the mounting hardware was scratched. I was instructed to contact love Jugs directly which I did. Missing hardware arrived and their explanation for the scratched hardware was they don't polish some items since they can't be seen. The scratches appear in areas that are used to install the fan bracket. I am convinced this was previously installed on a bike and reissued to me. This is not a problem since you can't see the scratches once installed. I installed the fans. The on/off switches have power, but the fans will not come on. I contacted Love Jugs I have not received a satisfactory response concerning next steps. I contact Dennis Kirk they again advised me to deal which the vendor. In short, stay away from Dennis Kirk they are pass through company that is of no help if a product has issues.Dennis Kirk Inc Response

They would not stand behind there product. I bought a target tune for my 2020 Harley ******** which I installed a 131 big bore kit on. They said ****** says you cant do that so I put the target tune on the wrong trike. I told him that the engines are identical with the ***** He still said it doesnt belong on there so they wont warranty the ****************************** the last to put a 131 big bore kit on a Triglide and for them not to honor their warranty for this excuse is reprehensible. I paid over ******* for that tuning system. Ill never use them again or there products and I will tell all my friends on social media also.Review from NICOLE M

Let's start off by saying I don't work for or endorse Dennis Kirk. I have been restoring motorcycles and things for years. So I am well versed at parts and parts descriptions as to what I am looking at, and or ordering and know the actual nomenclature of what I am looking for, that being said I have never had a issue buying from them. Everything comes as seen and or described. It's always shipped with a return label and instructions on where and how to return the item. I guess I am a lucky one. I have bought from them on several occasions. Some of the best pricing for what I am looking for and they have always treated me fair.Review from Cody Z.

Buyer beware. Dennis Kirk does not care if what is pictured is actually what you get. I was told the pictures do not reflect what you receive. I need to look at the description only. I contacted **************** and my concerns were ignored.Review from Angelo G

Horrible customer service. I ordered snowmobile parts that were all supposedly in stock, 5 day shipping time. 2 weeks, no updates with shipping confirmation number. Called numerous times, once just left on hold for over 20mins before I hung up and called back and got someone immediately. Another time they said they'd call back, never did. They made different excuses from weather, being busy, and blamed people in shipping. Spoke to another woman, they said they'd upgrade the shipping to **** they didn't, they blamed the shipping department. Supposedly re-shipped it, no updates to tracking. I always order parts online, not my first rodeo to how tracking works. Spoke to a Tech Manager, told her what was going on. Very rude. She put the blame on everything else, I told her I would just rather have my money back and their shipping department is horrible especially with 2 consecutive failed shipping orders, then she got extremely short, and hung up. We'll see if I get my money back, probably should have taken my money and just thrown it in the trash with less headache. If it could be rated 0 stars, it would be.
