  Brought my truck here for body work they dont seem to know bodywork its been back 5 times and still isnt right simply asked owner for refund but refuses

  The customer was 100% satisfied with his vehicle when he left our location. He came back & stated there was still scratches in the paint on the truck. We fixed the issue on multiple occasions, more then we should have. As these scratches likely happened after we already repaired & painted his truck.  Also, we are unable to fix scratches that we can't see. We have tried to explain this to the customer multiple times but he doesn't seem to understand that. Any & every vehicle has some type of light scratches on them; driving down the road, wiping with a towel, bugs, carwashes, etc. all cause these light scratches. If we physically can't see something, how are we supposed to repair it? 
  
  We also have spoken with him multiple times & have been willing to fix the issue but he doesn't want that. He just wants his money back but we provided a service, he was satisfied. No refund is due on our behalf.

   I am rejecting this response because:
  
  **** you know **** well thats a bunch of bs you claim to be a body guy and yet after 5 times my truck was in your shop it still wasnt done for you to tell me every vehicle has scratches wow what a joke I had two other body shops look at your work and both said it was not done properly your prep work was the issue and you try to mask the problem with clear coat over top you know and I know thats not going to do a **** thing I currently have black specs  that you simply clear coated over my truck and its bubbling is that normal as well after 5 opportunities do you honestly think I should have to bring it back again I mean would you do the same with yours lets be honest here if you dont want to offer me my money back that I paid you to do a service that you cant do correctly Ill see you in court because I will not let you do this
