the company refuses to let me make my payments. I called 2 days passed due to make my payment and they will not let me make it without paying for the following week that is due. They refuse to let me make my payment unless I also make a payment that isnt due yet. Theyre requiring that I come into the building to make a written arrangement or they will not accept my payments. this isnt the first time this has happened.Initial Complaint

This business is not allowing me to make my car payment.. They claim they do not have a grace ******* 24 hours later we call to make a payment they will not accept it. They claim they need me to come into the office. I live over an hour away and cannot travel. They continue making us late trying to make us look like we are bad they are lying. My wife left her work just to come home so we could call the dealership again dealership again to make the payment yesterday they still won't accept it. we are fearful they're gonna try to tow the vehicle. I haven't done anything wrong I have spoken with the many times trying to set up a payment arrangement. Also looking at the total cost of my vehicle would have been ***** they are marking down on my credit report a total of ***** we are going to pay total. those numbers don't add up. We only have a couple more **** left on this lawn and that's why I feel they are misinterpretating themselves as a company and I have heard rumors they do this to people I don't know who else to talk to I plan on getting ahold of my lawyer and also possibly speaking with law enforcement.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Hi. We have figured it out. And they have accepted our payments.
