SCAM, FRAUD, MISLEADING! You pay for a one time $0.99 phone number lookup and what happens then is you are automatically subscribed to a $29.99 recurring monthly charge.

National Cellular Directory provided me with extremely fast and helpful customer service when I had problems cancelling the monthly subscription plan. I was able to get a full refund for the $29.99 charged to my bank and their team member was very quick to respond to all my email communications! I was also pleased with the service this platform provides , but just did not need it past the one time ! I signed up today to help a friends mother find out who was calling her husband and it gave me exactly what I needed to find out for her, they didn't have an option to cancel it and I didn't want to have my info listed anymore so I deactivate my account, otherwise I will be paying for something I dont use. I called and spoke to a lady and she was the nicest person to me and emailed me a verification that it was cancelled!
