Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the poor communication and lack of customer service I have experienced from ********************** ***** My vehicle has been in their service department for several months (since 7/8/24) due to an issue related to a **** recall. Unfortunately, **** does not currently have the necessary parts to complete the repairs, leaving me without my vehicle for an extended ********* addition to the recall issue, I also have an extended warranty on the vehicle, which I expected would help cover the cost of a courtesy car or long-term rental. Despite this, Apple **** has been unwilling to provide clear communication or assist me in securing a courtesy car or rental while my vehicle remains in the shop.I have made multiple attempts to address this situation with their service department, but their lack of response and willingness to help has been extremely frustrating. The inability to obtain a courtesy car or rental has caused significant inconvenience and undue hardship, and I believe Apple **** should take responsibility in assisting their customers during prolonged repair periods, especially when an extended warranty is in place.I would appreciate your assistance and help in resolving this matter and ensuring that Apple **** addresses their failure to provide adequate support and communication.Thank you for your time and consideration

We were able to get a Loaner car covered for **** He picked the vehicle up on 9.25.24
Ike is happy with the resolution. Parts are on backorder, so he will switch vehicles out every 500 miles.
