They moved us on October 5 2024, It should have been an easy move. I was told when I called about our move, it would require 3 men because of a safe. When they arrived they said they would not be able to move the safe, I called the office to complain stating we are paying for a 3 man crew because of a safe and they are saying they cannot move the safe. They did get the safe moved. We did not have a lot to move, and even had the 2 beds disassembled. They came with a ****** that was to move boxes, we had no boxes to be moved, they needed an appliance ****** or know how to use their moving straps.I emailed the owner on October 13, with pictures of damages chip out of a dresser drawer, scratches on our hardwood floors, nicks out of wooden steps, scratches on banisters, freshly painted walls with scuff marks, baseboards with wood taken off and scratched dent in our dryer door. I never got a reply so I called about a week later, on October 23 **** replied been out of the office and will review claim, and will follow up in a few days. After 9 days and no response, I emailed them again on November 1, got a response on November 2, saying sorry for the delay I will discuss this Monday with the driver he got sick. It is now Wednesday and no response or resolution. They had one full bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a full size bed with a dresser, washer and dryer, safe, one upright freezer, one small refrigerator, one sectional, one sofa, one oversized chair, it took them 4.25 hours, and they did not set up either of the beds. Terrible customer service, I would not use their **********************.

I am working on this claim. Scheduling an in-home inspection of the alleged claims.

Not happy with the way the company has been dragging their feet on replacing my damaged refrigerator door. Not impressed when Mr. ****** tried to convince me that the person fixing another problem with my refrigerator. Which occurred when they removed the doors to get it through the front door. The freezer door was not put back on properly which caused it to frost up. Mr ****** stated that the employee stated it was barely noticeable. I stated it was as eyesore. Mr ****** offered me money or did I want it replaced. I chose for it to be replaced. I was asked a number of requests such as serial number, model number, the year it was made, and information about the move that their office had on file. I have waited for one and a half months to get this resolved. I have seen nothing but procrastination from Mr. ************ you,*************************

This claim has been settled and closed. Customer has been reimbursed in full for a new refrigerator door that we scratched. Thank you.

Originally told us two days and 5 guys. After packing 1 day, said they needed 10 guys. We were ok if thats what it takes. Packers not trained properly, poor labeling, packed things we specifically asked them not to pack, left trash (their personal items). Told us there might be a few items left over when they were done. After they were done I told them there was too much extra. Turned out it was another full truck load. Damaged a leather couch, their repair was some kind of brown spray. Damaged our $6k dinning room table, didnt offer to repair. Fortunately I do furniture work so said I would fix it. Damaged a one year old 65 TV and blamed it on us. We have multiple dishes broken but know they will do nothing. Do not use them. Way over priced, low quality and do not back up their work.

Upon your wife scheduling this move with Goodfellas, she was argumentative and did not want to plan the move accordingly to our recommendations. With the size of this job and your timeline to get out of your old home, we informed her that this move would be rushed and there was a possibility that everything would not fit on the trucks reserved by your wife. So, upon Goodfellas doing the best job we could considering that you were not prepared nor ready for the move, the job took longer than expected. We repaired any items we damaged, but the television you mentioned was not damaged by us. Whomever you had mount the tv on the wall is responsible for any damage to it. Again, I am sorry that you feel this way, but you must take responsibility for not being prepared/ready to be moved.
