I drive a Subaru and they claim to be Subaru certified.. They had my car for 8 months after an accident that was not my fault so the other insurance company was paying for the repairs. They returned it to me unfinished, suspiciously a day after they asked how many miles I was putting on their loaner vehicle. I almost got into a very serious accident on the interstate because they completely ruined my transmission. I had to pay out of pocket for the damage that they did to it due to improper installation and likely joyriding. I had put in a new clutch just a couple of months prior to my accident but had to fully replace it AFTER I got it back from them. To boot, there are still repairs that need to be done that they said they would contact me about in March and I have heard nothing from them. They are going to get someone killed with their negligence and were extremely shady in their business practices.

I am sorry that this complaint has been made. I have not been aware of any issue and would like the person to contact the appropriate manager **** ****** ************************** to sort out the current issue.

Sold me a known lemon refused to take any responsibility for it. Transmission failed in less than 30 days. It is a known issue for this car but did not find out until now. Comes to find out that this car is actually been buy back before so they already knew it was a lemon and still sold it anyhow. I guess if nothing else my daughter, who which the car was purchased for, has learned a valuable lesson that you can not trust any car sales person. The whole thing has been a horrible experience and I guess even the big Ford name just means trash in this day and age. I learned something as well, they had me come back in to sign that paperwork at least a week or more after I already paid cash for the car that said it was a lemon. I felt like I had no recourse at that time since they already cashed the check but I guess I should have refused and force them to buy it back right then and there. You would think that a when you buy a car from an actual big name dealership that you should actually get something that's good and don't have to worry about something breaking in the first 30 days but apparently not. The dealership should make good and just buy back this junk from me but that does not seem to be an option and now I am stuck with a lemon and out a lot of money. Steer clear of this shady dealership! Update 7/5/2022 I called again and asked to speak with the GM ****** ********** but apparently he is far to busy playing solitaire to deal with customers. So I ended up talking to *****, supposed to be some manager not sure since he is not on there website. He force me to call road side assistance claiming I was covered when I purchased the car. So I called them and they don't speak a lick of English and I told her I don't want to pay for the tow so let me know right now if I am going to have to and we can end the call. She said she could not tell me until she gets everything in the computer so I went thru all the steps and turns to find out the road side is stil

The dealership has done nothing to hide information from the customer. The attached documents show that he was aware of the condition based on the ****** and disclosure forms. There are also disclosures stating that he has the right to take the vehicle for another inspection, and that once the vehicle has been purchased that the dealership is not responsible for mechanical repairs. I have spoken to ******* and explained that he has coverage from Ford Motor Company on his concerns. The repairs will be free of charge to him. The dealership has also offered to exchange and/or trade the vehicle.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Lets get one thing straight right off the bat.  I did not sign the lemon paperwork until 5 days after I already give you a check for the full amount of the purchase and when you had me come back in saying you had some more paperwork to sign at that point I felt like I had no options and was just screwed but I guess I should have caused a stink right then and there and force you to buy it back then.  I see you did not update the dates on the documents but I do have a witness and a text message showing they were signed long after the sale and I drove off the lot.

All that being said why in the world would you even sell a lemon car on your lot, I expect to get cars like that from the junk lots on 24 hwy but would never in think it would be possible to purchase a lemon car from a big name dealership.

So since the car is not even licensed in my name and only has 1000 miles more than time of purchase I don't understand why you can not just buy it back from me and let me move on and I promise to never step foot in your building again as this whole experience has made me think about other brands since the ford name has a stink on it now.

      Regards,
