To whom it may concern.
I apologize but I am out of state and my office manager just sent me a screen shot of the attached complaint today and stated this is the first she’s seen anything of this and I certainly haven’t received an email from BBB.
In response to this complaint, Ms. **** is a friend of the agent she’s referring to in ***** ****** and I understand they travel together.Ms. **** called my cell phone (assumed provided by Ms. ******) in June. She was irate & cursing profoundly, advising me she had deeper pockets than me and she was going to take my business down whe I advised her I couldn’t send the booking to a different agency but would send it to *******.
She wanted her booking transferred to my ex - 1099 contractor ***** ****** whom had began working through an agency out of state.***** ****** was charged with felony forgery for emailing a letter to ******* requesting several bookings under ******* ****** be transferred to her new agency but ******* when was suspicious, they reached out to verify it wasn’t sent from me. The email was turned over to the prosecutor in ****** ****** where Ms. **** and Ms. ****** both reside. However, you’ll notice Ms. **** was NOT on the attached forged letter.
I was in shock from the June cursing phone call and had my office manager look for the ****s in our system without success as Ex-1099 agent ****** elected not to put any contact or booking details in our system so I resorted to finding her on Facebook and reached out to Ms. **** via messenger (attached) in which she didn’t respond.
Ms. **** reached out by phone again 9/5 and I advised her again per ******* I was told in more than one instance I could only transfer back to ******* in which I did.
Ms. **** states $6721.44 was the trip cost but it was $4833.40 (attached).if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me at ************.
