While visiting the restaurant on December 28 at about 7pm I injured my leg on one of the tables by pushing my chair up I had a hard time walking on the leg when I left it took 2 people to help me get to my car. My stayed behind and asked to file a report. There was confusion on my number so I called her back the next day she seemed a little disinterested in my conversation. She told me to tell the person who paid the bill that she took a discount off of their credit card. She took my statement apologized and said someone would get in touch with me tomorrow. This was our first day of vacation in Branson. On December 29 I could hardly walk on my leg and bought bandages and finally crutches. I spoke with the manager and let her know about the crutches and no one called me back. On December 30 I went to the ER and they told me I had a hairline fracture and gave me a immobilizer and tramadol. On January 2 I called the manager and she told me it was out of her hands. I called my doctor and she sent me to an orthopedic doctor. On January 4 I left the manager a message and she called me back and said she has done all she could. I have an orthopedic surgery scheduled tomorrow and I have yet to hear back from the manager with any type of resolution to this matter. She has constantly told me the same thing and keeps saying it is out of her hands. I asked her for a corporate number and she would not provide me with one. She has been dismissive and uncaring on this matter. There has been no assistance and no sense of urgency at all in my many attempts for help. I want to be heard and acknowledged as a person and this restaurant has not done any of that.
