My landlord has been neglectful. He sold the house and sent us unprofessional text messages and has lied to us telling us he is going to fix things and has not done it. We have kids and he hasn**;t done any repairs on the house. I would like a refund of my rent money.Business response

*************************- D/B/A ******** Realty , has NO interest / ownership whatsoever in the rental property located at *************************************************************************************;
So the hereby information submitted to you is completely, 100% False .
******** Realty does not own this property, is not the landlord, nor does ******** Realty provide property management services for any rental properties.
The person / persons filing a complaint do not have the correct owners and this complaint should be withdrawn immediately and not attached to ******** Realty in any way whatsoever.

Please find enclosed a copy of your letter dated January 30, 2024. We now have information indicating that ******** Realty and *************************, it's owner, do not own the property that **************** is renting. Please delete any reference to ******** Realty in your records.
