They ruined my rug (it was covered in drywall dust and fiberglass) that they said they would cover in plastic and one of their workers stole a bottle of my cologne. The total cost of my financial loss is $670.Business response

Dear **************,
I sincerely apologize for the "dust" that was left on your rug. I do believe that we discussed everything would be covered, which it was. Unfortunately during construction sometimes dust gets into places that we did not anticipate it would. As far as the cologne is concerned it has been over three months since the completion of your job. To be honest if my cologne or perfume was missing, I would notice right away. I will issue you a refund for that as well. I will be sending a check for your financial loss. Feel free to contact me if you are not satisfied with this refund.
