On 9/6/24 I spent 106.93 they took my money off of my cash app card then said their was no transaction on my account saying I was there that day even though I was standing right in front of themBusiness response

To whom this may concern, the incident in question took place on 9/6/24. That same day two shift leads called both ****** (the debit terminal systems we use) and ******* the POS systems we use. They were told to request that the customer dispute the transaction as there was an error and it did not fully go through. The customer called back on 9/9/24 and stated that her bank refused to refund the money. By this time we had already contacted our accountant to investigate further to find what had happened and figure out a solution. I.E. whether to give a refund or provide products of equal amount at no extra charge of course. On 9/12/24 the store attempted to call the customer back to inform them that we were given the go ahead to provided product equaling the amount that she was originally charged. On 9/13/24 I, Jamie Smith, spoke to the customer and asked them to come in when ever possible so that they could be given products of equal amount. On 9/14/24 the customer came in and received product equaling the amount they were charged. This issue was actively worked on until it was resolved.
