  On 11/29-12/3/2021, Show-me Fence & Concrete GJ LLC installed Vinyl plank flooring in our house. We purchased our flooring from LL flooring, order *********. Floor total cost $3,074.21. They installed this flooring in our master bathroom, master closet, master bedroom, foyer, coat closet, living room, kitchen, pantry, hallway, and guest bathroom. ****** and his employees installed the flooring improperly. The flooring has huge gaps in between planks, and some of the flooring does not even go completely to the baseboards). There is buckling in some of the boards because it wasn’t locked/clicked into place properly with the correct tools. While installing these floors, he damaged our walls (dents/holes), current baseboards, and kitchen cabinetry. Our baseboards that were broken, he attempted to caulk them together which looked completely unprofessional. We paid him $2,896.00 for labor/install. We requested that money be returned, because unfortunately we gave it to him 12/3/21 after the job was completed, not knowing the extent of improper installment. On 12/11/21 ****** wrote us a cashiers check from central bank in the amount of $2,896. We had a flooring contractor come look at our flooring and he stated that it was installed completely improperly and that the entire flooring would have to be removed, and *new* flooring would have to be laid down. We attempted to go through his insurance company ********* ******* ***** ********************. His insurance didn’t cover flooring or the damages through what they stated “workmanship exclusion.” The claim was ultimately denied 12/30/2021. We contacted ****** via email 1/1/2022 in regards to paying us $3,074.21 for the flooring that will have to be completely removed due to damages/improper installment. He has yet to reply directly to the email or express that he has read it. We have sent 3 follow-up messages, asking if he has read it on 1/3, 1/4 and 1/5/22 with no reply. Please help us.   Show-Me Fence & Concrete GJ LLC has agreed to resolve the issue and pay us the requested $3,074.00.
