I had a very distraught experience at the ********** location in *****************. ******** was the stylist that worked on my hair. The whole process from start to finish was close to 2 hours long. I tried calling the customer service line and left a voice mail. Also tried calling 330pm cst and voicemail again. The issue is I normally go to that location, most it takes to cut my hair is a time frame of 10 to 15 minutes. This last time as I said prior almost took 2 hrs. She tried to read the comments on the ticket and couldn't understand it, asked me how it should be styled. By the time she got to cutting she already cut too much off the top after taking almost an hour on the sides. Mind you while cutting my hair with her ancient clippers, she goes into her locker and pulls out runts candy and eats it with a hand full of hair shavings. Then continues to itch her nose with the same hand and touches me. She also didn't know how to fade properly and a coworker stepped in to show and fix the mess she had started. After that ******** cuts off even more hair than what's needed. I did mention that the length was good and still continues to cut. Then the off the wall conversations about her "spirit" telling her she is in this world to stop the ** from taking over. I commented about how my hair is thick and that it will show the shading with how my head is big, so one little mistake can throw the style off. She then commented "yeah you do have a big head, but I've seen others with bigger ones than yours." I was humiliated. By the time my hair cut was over 6 - 8 customers were in and out. I was very late picking up my child amongst other things I needed to do. I regret having to pay so much for a non quality service, was asked if I plan on taking a shower because I had hair covering all my clothes, neck, face, ears, shoes, pants and down my underwear. I was draped at the start but mid way through she unbuttoned and continued to cut. This is not professionalBusiness response

Upon reviewing your complaint, we found the time it took to cut your hair was excessive and the result of your haircut was not to your satisfaction. At Sport Clips, we strive to employ professional stylists with the knowledge and experience to perform any haircut. Your experience clearly identifies areas Sport Clips could improve.
To resolve the issue, we would like to refund the full cost of your haircut and will be reaching out to you to make the necessary arrangements.
