Purchased a retail copy of their game Last Light Infinity. The item was supposed to contain 6 custom dice for the game but the components were completely missing. Found an article online where the designer and the company said theyd take care of any customer who did not receive the dice as it was an issue on their end. Here is the article *************************************************************************** I contacted the company and they told me there was nothing they could do and maybe in the future I could purchase dice for an item I already paid for that was missing the pieces. Id like to get those dice or a refund for the missing items.Business response

Grey Fox games ran a campaign on Kickstarter: ******************************************************************************************************************** They advertised "The Odin: Both deluxe games", for which I pledged, as "all related stretch goals associated with it". I.e., it was marketed as an "all-in" pledge for new content. This was latter proven to be false advertising. ******************************************************************** shows that "World of Midgard - Exclusive Cards" are not included in this pledge, UNLESS someone signed up for a mailing list prior to the campaign.I never would have pledged for a product had I known that a company's marketing failure resulted in me having to pay extra for content that other people were getting for free. I have a long documented history of berating other companies for using this unacceptable practice.Initial Complaint

Have attempted to get support for a manufacture defect Board game, Last Light. The cards have peeled into two halves immediately after opening. They have refused to work towards a solutionBusiness response

We have asked the game store owner to have the customer reach out to us so we can replace the defective parts of their game. We will do this for the customer free of charge. If they wish to give us the contact information for the customer, we can reach out to them directly.
We do not take returns for opened merchandise - this game has been opened.
If any other customer of this store purchases a game published by us finds that they have defective components, we will also replace those free of charge. The customer just needs to go to our website and use the contact us link to do so.
If the store wishes to return unopened merchandise, and they bought it directly from us, we can handle that return and refund.
If the store wishes to return merchandise not purchased through us, they will need to contact that entity to handle the return.We have informed the store of all of this - the comment that we have not worked towards a solution is inaccurate.
