The company acknowledged via email that the delivery confirmation was "irregular," but is unwilling to send replacement products or issue a refund for two pairs of shoes that never arrived.Business response

Hello,
We are actively working with this customer to find resolution to this issue. There has not been a refusal on our end, we are following procedure for missing packages.
Our CS reported the following while working on this issue with the customer.
Customer package was delivered but not received via ****. **** tacking had note that package was left at side door. (this was not requested by customer).
Customer requests
Customer contacts **** service. Customer communicates to us that **** gave them an incorrect delivery address when the inquired about the delivery.
Customer sends us images of ****** maps printout.
At this point we began to file a claim with **** to resolve the issue.
Customer refund is pending completion of **** claim.
