I have two insurance policies; Dr ********************** pulled my teeth last year. Unfortunately, the billing information was sent to the secondary insurance instead of the primary insurance Delta Dental, who needs the explanation of benefits first before they can pay. Therefore, my ********************** would not cover the cost until the *** was sent. I have called Sr ********************** off sent a letter as I am sure the insurance company has also. There has not been a response from his ****** for months just a answering system that will not let you leave a message. They took messages before. My problem is that the insurance company told me they have until March to receive the *** or they will not pay the bill. The bill is going up in late payment charges and finance charges but I am not able to get inContact with the Dr's ****** at all to get this fixed so I can know how much I owe with the insurance paying it's part. Dr ********************** was nice and so was the staff, but the billing is terrible it has almost been a year and this problem has not been addressed. I am rejecting this response because: I called Delta Dental today (2/28/2024) to find out what has been done, they told me that they are still waiting on the explanation of benefits form my primary Insurance. Dr ********************** office has been contacting me saying they faxed the information and was told Delta Dental said they did not accept fax. I was left a message saying the information would be overnighted to Delta. Still nothing different has happened yet. Therefore, I am unable to accept anything until there is a change.
