On 10/20/2022 I contacted **** with Crack Attackers in regards to a past job he did to install a sump pump where he didn’t originally pull permits because according to him the city did not required him to do so. When I contacted the city they said permit are required and **** still still disagrees and refuses to pull permits for the completed job. When I called him again, to inform him that permits are required and I would know have to list my house as renovation with unpermitted work, his wife ****** who answered the phone as Crack Attacker said sorry, “oops we are no longer in business. We just quit and then hung up on my.” The phone number and business listing online is active in several places including ******* ***** ***** ****** *** *******Business response

*** ***** did call and **** did speak with her explaining several of the jobs for her was sub contracted out which she was aware. This was a complete remodel in the basement. 2 sub contractors were involved which he explained to her,. He talk with her explaining all. She was fine with that and said she would handle it. I did talk with her explaining we don’t do that anymore. She was fine with that and the call ended with her saying she lives now in Texas and will take care of. Originally whrn the job was complested she loved it. She said she would take care of and Said thank you. The call endedInitial Complaint

**** came out last year 2021 in December. Told me the quote and gave him the down payment which was $600. gave me a date to when they are going to come out and fix my floor. When that day comes no show, or cancels last minute and it’s been continuously like that for 7/8 months. Asked for my refund, they refuse to give it back. I call and no answer.Business response
