We purchased a puppy on feb 13, 2022. The kennel says their puppies are socialized and handled daily. However our puppy is terrified of humans and flees if we move or make a noise. The puppy hides all day long. I uses to volunteer for pet rescues and pet shelters and this behavior is just like that of a feral dog, a dog who was never handled or socialized.Business response

I have already spoken to customer. As of 2/19/22 she does not wish to return the puppy nor does she want a refund. Puppy was handled daily. So I’m not sure why he had expressed any of the behaviors she said he did.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:the puppy is feral. Refuses all human contact, runs and hides from everything. Very reactive to any noise and hides. Trembles when being held or touched. The sellers policy has no information about returning a dog due to behavior, only illness.
