Be careful, the price you see online is not the price you will pay. If you don't trade in a car (+$1000) and don't finance with them (+$500) you pay more than the online listed price. It's in the small print on their site, but still incredibly shady (even for a car dealer). We almost bought a vehicle regardless after some negotiation, but when we went to lunch to think it over and came back they wanted another $1000 above the agreed price because the sales guy "messed up". I was sold a 2018 Acura RDX with a pre existing condition with the transmission. The day I bought the car, the same day the warning light came on. I have been going back & forth with the salesman ***** ***** about this issue & right to this day nothing has been completed with this issue. The car is suppose to have a lifetime warranty on it but the warranty company called me & informed me that they couldn't fix the situation because it is considered a pre existing problem before my purchase & that the dealership knew that. Now I'm stuck paying a note on a non-functioning vehicle & gotta try to lock down an attorney to sue this company. I just came to this site & found that they have a grade F from the BBB.Review from Tom S

Auto centers in Herculaneum, ********. Ive been trying to cancel extended warranty and getting the run around, it says cancel anytime.. extended warranty company says they have no idea who I am so the money is being taken out of payment but nothing covered buyer beware!!Review from Paulette W

I agree with ******, this is the worst place to purchase a vehicle from. We purchased a 2018 Doge Ram 2500 from them. When we were in the process of purchasing everyone was very nice and supportive - LESS THAN 90 DAYS, and the transmission failed. I think that's pretty darn interesting....did they KNOW there were transmission issues when they sold it? The dealership could care less about customer after the sales. The staff was RUDE, Non-Responsive, and absolutely NO customer service! Since the sale was LESS than 90 days, and the TRANSMISSION failed I would certainly believe they would offer some line of assistance but nothing! I have purchased 2 vehicles from them when they were in Wood River , IL , I can guarantee you I WILL NEVER go to this place again, and WARN anyone who thinks of going to them for new or USED, DON'T GO!' They sold me a truck with a limited lifetime drive train warranty ,the transmission went out 5 days after 90 day warranty ended the company that the warranty is covered under sent an adjuster to the transmission shop and now the company that handles the limited lifetime drive train warranty said that because the wheels and tires on the vehicle which came on vehicle when purchased are oversized that they will not cover the repair to my vehicle at cost to me of 3400 dollars called the business and have not been contacted by their management team .mean while my truck has been out of commission for 3 weeks now .Review from DIANNE D

Do not buy anything from this place. Bought a vehicle there and 3 wks later had to have all the tires replaced. They were literally cracking on the inside. And before anybody starts in about didn't I look at the tires.....no, I did not crawl underneath the vehicle to inspect the inside of the tires. Was told it passed inspection and not their problem. Do not trust this place and definitely don't trust the inspection. They have their own shop that does it. Called ***** * and they said it definitely should not have passed. Unfortunately I was over the 1500 mile for them to be able to do anything.Review from Joshua D

Horrible place of business! Inquired about a car and was told I did not have to pay any money to secure the car. When I got there I test drove the car and after was told someone already started the process on the car. I was upset and asked why the process was started with someone else if I already inquired about the car and was willing to pay a deposit to hold it. They didnt care about anything! The general manager would not even come speak to us about the situation! HORRIBLE PLACE!Review from Joshua P

Me and my wife bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat from them before leaving the lot the inside panel was falling off was told they would see about getting it fixed but nothing ever happened with it aside from him putting tape on it. Then 5 months the my coolant is spilling from the water pump and it is going to cost at a minimum of $1053 to fix it and when I asked if it was covered under the life time warranty I was told that it was not and it would have been covered by the extended warranty but they said we turned it down even though we was never offered it and it was never even brought up. I just want my car fixed.
